1. Acceptance of Terms

12. Termination and Account Closure

13. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

Notwithstanding the foregoing arbitration provision, gl18 may seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to prevent actual or threatened infringement, misappropriation, or violation of our intellectual property rights, confidential information, or proprietary rights. You agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction of courts located in Metro Manila, Philippines for purposes of litigating all such claims.

14. General Provisions

Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if such modification is not possible, the provision shall be severed from these Terms without affecting the validity and enforceability of the remaining provisions.

Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any additional terms applicable to specific services or promotions, constitute the entire agreement between you and gl18 regarding your use of the Platform and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, or understandings, whether written or oral.

Waiver: No waiver by gl18 of any breach or default of these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach or default. gl18's failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
